We take a thoughtful, quality-driven approach to every step of the coffee journey. We build direct relationships with farmers, purchase green coffee, roast it ourselves, and bring it to market all while never compromising on the craft.

Training

We can do training at your facility or ours! Our roasting facility has a fully equipped cupping lab and training area. Here, your staff can learn how to prepare great espresso and coffee.

Free Delivery

Free delivery is offered within 25 miles of The Well Roasting Facility, making it easy and convenient to receive fresh, locally roasted coffee straight to your door or business.
