Ethiopia, Derara

Derara (meaning "flower rising" in Sidamic) comes from Derara Station, located in the highlands of Uraga, Guji, Ethiopia. The station is owned and run by Asefa Dukamo Korma and serves around 800 smallholder farmers from the surrounding Uraga area, who deliver cherries of the 74158 variety.

This offering is a great representation of natural coffee from Ethiopia and the Guji region. Bright and sweet fruit is complimented by a floral finish that is sure to leave you wanting a second cup!
